Use the Service responsibly, keep your access secure, and review AI output before relying on it. Your content stays yours; third-party providers and any connected accounts have their own rules.
The agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of InferencePass websites, dashboards, APIs, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or accepting these Terms, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What InferencePass provides
InferencePass is an independent developer service that helps customers access, route, observe, and manage eligible third-party AI capabilities. A public model name or provider reference is informational; it does not mean that InferencePass is affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for that provider.
Model availability, capabilities, limits, pricing, and routes can change. We do not promise that a particular model, provider, feature, output, region, or route will remain available. The live Service and published documentation describe the features currently offered.
Accounts, access, and security
Keep your account credentials, API keys, and connected-provider credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for choosing appropriate workspace roles, key scopes, and spending controls. Use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication when available.
Notify us promptly at support@inferencepass.com if you believe your account or keys have been compromised. We may suspend access to protect you, other customers, providers, or the Service.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in prompts, inputs, files, and other content you submit through the Service (“Customer Content”). You give us the limited permission needed to process Customer Content, operate the requested feature, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
You are responsible for Customer Content and for obtaining every permission, notice, and consent needed to submit it to the Service and any selected third-party provider. Do not submit secrets, personal data, regulated data, or other sensitive information unless you have assessed the provider path and have an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.
Third-party services
The Service may connect you to third-party identity, infrastructure, payment, or AI providers. Those providers can have their own terms, policies, availability commitments, and content rules. Your use of a provider may be subject to those separate terms.
Where you connect your own provider account or wallet, you control that provider relationship. InferencePass does not take custody of a provider's balance and cannot promise a provider's availability, pricing, output, or refund decision.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully, safely, and in line with applicable provider rules. You must not use it to violate rights or law; distribute malware or phishing; evade rate limits, access controls, or safety measures; interfere with the Service; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; or facilitate fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.
You must not resell, sub-license, or make the Service available as a shared credential service without our written approval. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps, including limiting, suspending, or terminating access.
Fees and product boundaries
Any paid feature, if made available, will show its price, currency, tax treatment, and applicable purchase terms before you commit. A payment feature is not available merely because it appears in documentation or a development environment.
InferencePass prepaid inference credits are not currently offered. If a future paid product is launched, its checkout and the applicable order terms will govern the payment, delivery, refund, expiry, and tax treatment for that product. Nothing in these Terms creates an offer to sell or custody third-party provider balances.
Our materials and feedback
We retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, designs, and branding, except for rights expressly granted to you. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
If you send feedback, you give us permission to use it without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your Customer Content.
Availability, changes, and termination
We work to operate the Service reliably, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security events, provider changes, or other operational needs can affect availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, legal or provider requirements, prolonged inactivity, or to protect the Service. Provisions that should survive termination—such as intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions—continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, InferencePass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security practices, or operations. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide advance notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where a different acceptance process is required by law.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@inferencepass.com. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply to you are not waived by these Terms. See also the Privacy Policy.
