Account and billing data

We process account identity through Appwrite and subscription data through Lemon Squeezy. This can include email address, display name, authentication events, subscription status, and payment references.

API operational metadata

The gateway records request identifiers, account and key identifiers, selected route, provider, latency, token counts, status, streaming state, and timestamps. It does not persist or log API prompts or generated responses.

Browser chat

Chat messages are stored only when you use the included browser chat so conversations can be reopened in your account. API traffic and browser chat have different retention behavior.

Service providers and deletion

Requests may be processed by enabled inference providers. Account deletion and data-access requests can be sent to privacy@inferencepass.com.
