Notifications

Workspace notifications support email and in-app delivery for low balance, budgets, security/key changes, payments, refunds, disputes, route incidents, export readiness, and support updates.

Security and transactional events are mandatory. Operational preferences can be changed per channel; marketing or product updates require explicit opt-in when introduced. Templates are escaped, localized, and contain safe links only. Prompt/completion content and full API keys are never included.

The notification center supports safe category and unread filters, read state, and mark-all-read. Delivery is deduplicated by a durable idempotency key; transient vendor failures retry, while permanent bounces are suppressed.
